The "Forgotten", as they call themselves, are based in the Middle East. The Forgotten have been mutated by long-term exposure to Tiberium, causing them to lose touch with reality and making them immune to the normally deadly affects of Tiberium. The Forgotten have no true leader, and it is not uncommmon to see turf wars break out between Forgotten commanders. However, this disorder does not prevent the Forgotten from being a formidable force.

The Forgotten use mostly obsolete weaponry, being that they lack the resources to make their own. This weaponry should not be underestimated. These weapons of the past could kill people just as well as the weapons of the future.
